Vytalyze Minds Corp is seeking motivated and dependable Florida Registered Clinical Interns to join our growing behavioral health team. We welcome Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Interns, and Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns who want to strengthen their clinical experience in a structured, professional, and collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring regular in-office availability. Candidates must be prepared to develop and maintain a consistent caseload while meeting all documentation, supervision, ethical, and organizational requirements.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments within the intern’s authorized scope and level of competence.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable clinical goals.
  • Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy as clinically appropriate and properly supervised.
  • Complete progress notes, treatment plans, reassessments, safety documentation, and discharge records accurately and on time.
  • Monitor client progress, risk factors, safety concerns, and changes in clinical presentation.
  • Consult promptly with the assigned qualified supervisor regarding clinical concerns and high-risk situations.
  • Coordinate care with psychiatric providers, licensed clinicians, and authorized community professionals.
  • Attend required supervision, case consultations, clinical meetings, and training.
  • Follow HIPAA requirements, Florida laws and rules, payer requirements, professional ethics, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain professional boundaries, dependable attendance, and a consistent caseload.

Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or another qualifying clinical discipline.
  • Active Florida registration as an RMHCI, RMFTI, or RCSWI.
  • Registration must remain active and in good standing throughout the engagement.
  • Current qualified-supervisor arrangement that complies with Florida requirements.
  • Strong clinical writing, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to complete background screening, exclusion checks, credentialing, and compliance training.
  • Ability to work independently within the limitations of intern status and seek supervision when required.
  • Commitment to accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Experience serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families.
  • Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and mood disorders.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
  • Experience in an insurance-based behavioral health setting.
  • Afternoon, evening, or Saturday availability.

Schedule:
  • Hybrid schedule with approximately two in-office days per week preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling based on client and organizational needs.
  • Afternoon, evening, or weekend availability is strongly preferred.
  • Telehealth may be permitted when clinically appropriate and allowed by the applicable payer and supervision arrangement.
