This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized experience for our patients while supporting scheduling, intake coordination, and front office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting patients.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating provider calendars.
- Sending and following up on intake forms.
- Verifying patient information and insurance documentation.
- Assisting with patient onboarding and front desk operations.
- Maintaining professionalism, organization, and excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
